What shipping methods are available?

We use Australia Post to send your candles. All candle orders will have a tracking number which will be provided to you once your order has been sent.

How long will it take to get my candle?

Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be made, processed and packed. Delivery timeframe is estimated between 3-5 workings days via Australia Post. Hayley Marie Mood Candles cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss relating to late deliveries.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can ship internationally. Please email us for further info on hayley@hayleymariecandles.com.au

What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

If Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to advise the situation.

My candle arrived broken or damaged, what happens now?

If your candle has arrived damaged from shipping, we will gladly replace the candle if deemed appropriate. You must provide photos of the damaged candle within 2 days of receiving your candle. All damaged stock must be advised via email at hayley@hayleymariecandles.com.au. Please include your order number and photos of damaged goods.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking details.
